Job Description

We are looking for a Town Planner to join an area planning team in a senior capacity.

You will be required to undertake the following role:
Assessing major planning applications and enforcing and monitoring regulations as necessary;
Writing reports, often of a complex nature, making recommendations or explaining detailed regulations to members of the public.
Consulting with interested parties and negotiating development proposals with local authorities and others, including liaising with other professionals, for example surveyors and architects
Presenting at and attending planning appeals and public enquiries;
