Our client is a niche property investor. They are currently looking for an experience Head of Finance to head up a growing team of property management accountants.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who is dynamic, innovative and forward thinking to join a rapidly growing retail investor.

The role is multi-faceted and comprises of the following:

•Manage the three aspects of financial performance
oCorporate
oAsset
oProperty
•Manage, appraise 2 property management accountants
•Oversee all corporate accounting
•Oversee all service charge property accounting
•Implement procedures and processes to enable a smooth working environment.
