Project Type: New Build & Refurbishment - Residential

A Project Manager is required to ensure allocated sites are managed efficiently with the object of maximizing profitability whilst maintaining high standards of quality. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring projects are managed in accordance with the company's Health, Safety & Environmental policy and procedure. Candidates must have previous experience at Project Management level or equivalent in the Residential House Building industry.
It will be the Project Manager's duty to motivate staff in conjunction with the Contracts & Site Managers. This will include the programming of sub contract works, project control plans and inspection and test plans. Monitoring and reporting progress against program and quality control following periodic visits to site.

*Key Experience / Skills Required: A trade background would be desirable. The candidate must have experience in the Social Housing sector. In order to apply for this role, it is essential that you have previous New Build and Refurbishment / Fit Out experience
