Job Description

A Site Supervisor is required for a Social Housing Refurbishment and Fit out. The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience and have worked in similar environments previously. This project has both void properties and tenants in situ; therefore, anyone applying for this position must be aware of the differences in working with these properties. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with a range of people including all trades and labour, tenants in situ and the Resident Liaison Officer.

Applicants will need to have experience in analysing Contract Drawings, Bills & Specifications. You will also be assisting the rest of the management team in co-coordinating and supervising all site operatives and managing all Health & Safety aspects on site. Your role will also involve liaising with the Construction Buyer in order to ensure the procurement of materials take place in conjunction with all works.
