Job Description

They undertake a wide range of land and building surveys and their building surveys are carried out in accordance with RICS specifications and best practice. Projects include family houses, offices, retail parks, listed and government buildings. Surveys range from a pictorial verification of an existing building plan right through to fully controlled surveys. They use the latest in survey software and instrumentation.

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Land and Measured Building Surveyor to help meet their continued growth and the demands of their returning clients.

The surveyor should possess an extensive knowledge of modern survey techniques and therefore applicants should have a minimum of two years relevant experience and ideally a good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D. Experience in rectified photography would also be seen as an advantage.

The role will be both varied and challenging, mainly based in Greater London and the South East with opportunities to work across the UK. A Full UK driving licence is required.

As this role may involve some contact with clients, a reasonable command of English is required.
