Job Description
Our client, an international global property and investment management company is currently looking for an experienced Service Charge Accountant. The successful candidate can come from a residential or commercial background.
The role requires the production of service charge reconciliations within 3 months of the year end and undertaking the reconciliation of the expenditure schedule.
The role needs the successful candidate to have:
-Knowledge of Service Charges, which are applied to properties.
-Minimum GCSE Level education or equivalent including Maths and English.
-Generous measures of common sense.
Experience of a property systems such as ECS, APB or TBS Tramps is required.
