This leading property consultancy has an award winning town planning and development team of over 60 personnel. They work in project teams so that you not only enjoy a variety of work but you also have the chance to work with different people. Their clients are both private and public sector organisations. In particular they work on very high profile, large mixed-use developments such as the Chelsea Barracks. They enjoy an excellent reputation, which means you will not work on small or mundane projects. They also have established partnerships with local authorities in order to bring forward complex regeneration proposals. Due to expansion of their teams, they have several vacancies available in their London, Glasgow, Bath and Manchester. Experience of planning with a local authority is desirable. Some roles require an interest in or experience of environmental planning issues, whilst others require proficiency in retail planning issues. You could either be MRTPI, be working towards this, or be a member of another related body.
