Job Description

Our client is a well respected Main Contractor who run large commercial projects in Central London. They are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager.

Some of the key requirements for this position are:

-Understanding of the basic technical aspects associated with enabling works and major civil and/or marine engineering works
-A good knowledge of the package procurement process, including drafting, checking and assembling tender packages
-Ability to control and administer the issuing of information and respond to questions during the tender period
-Awareness of the commercial issues associated with the procurement of major civil and structural engineering works (over £50m)
-An understanding of 'value for money' from the Client or Owner's perspective when selecting a contractor
-Package management experience
