• Assisting in cost Analysis for repair and maintenance work
• Assisting in preparing and analyzing costing for tenders;
• Helping to establish and operating cost and financial control systems;
• Analyze outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
• Assisting in Valuing completed work and arranging payments;
• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.

• Knowledge of Health And Safety Regulations
• Knowledge of Cost Management and Budget
• Ability to work well within a team or by own initiative
