35 - 40 per hour for 6 months
Senior level vacancies exist for maintenance management and engineering professionals to join
our client support team on a contract basis. The roles will be working within the team charged with
procurement and implementation of a fully-managed maintenance engineering contract for a major
international client.
As a leading blue chip company our client operates from a number of buildings within the M25 and
Scotland. Their requirement is for the cost-effective and efficient delivery of Engineering Building
Services Maintenance to the highest standard and causing zerominimum-disruption to their core
business units.
Successful candidates will possess detailed understanding and experience of the procurement and
implementation of high-value maintenance contracts within operational environments, ideally for
large multi-site campus operations. Previous work history will include experience on the client-side
andor maintenance service providers, at a Field Supervisor level or above.
Knowledge of PPM systems, in addition to budgets, costing and the financial management of
maintenance regimes, across a multi-site operation will be necessary for the effective performance
of the role.
Qualifications to HNC level and above would be preferred (experience in lieu of qualifications will
be considered).
