Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a Local Authority based in the Midlands for a Policy Planning Officer on a contract basis.
You will have a degree that is recognised within the Town Planning industry coupled with experience of working in a Policy Planning department.
The main duties of this position will include; providing advice to the development control department on planning applications, assisting in the drafting of the local development framework, assisting in the preparation of evidence for public inquiries and carrying out research.
The successful candidate will be offered a contract lasting a minimum of 5 months and an hourly pay rate of up to £21
