Job Description

Our clients team of specialists have expertise in an extensive range of industry sectors, which include banking, creative and marketing, legal, I.T. and large blue chip corporations.

Due to the acquisition of some exciting projects they currently require a Freelance Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of Office Space, in and around the Central London region.

You will be working on projects from £ 100k - £ 1 Million. Candidates should have experience working on fast track commercial fit-out..

Key responsibilities for the role will include:

- Overseeing the work of Sub Contractors
- Environmental, Health & Safety
- Quality Assurance / Control
- Program Monitoring
- Client Liaison

A CSCS qualification and First Aid Certificate would be desireable.

This role will require drive, flexibility and the applicant will ideally have some experience of Design-and-Build Office Fit-out.
