We are a large, established 4* Hotel located in Kent. We have a Fine Dining 2AA Rosette Restaurant and are currently seeking a new motivated, reliable & experienced Chef de Partie to join our TEAM.

Job Description
Mise en place preparation
Food preparation and service in your designated section
Keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
Any other duties that your manager sees fit

Job Requirements
Chef education such as 2 years Chef course, NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 in Food Preparation & Cooking.
Good English and communication skills
One year experience as a Commis Chef or currently working as a Demi Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant

Salary £13,500 per year, Live in
