Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced, talented, reliable Junior Sous Chef for our popular restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar establishment as a Junior Sous Chef or a very strong Senior Chef de Partie looking for their next step up.
You will be working in a big open plan kitchen, which has recently been refurbished with the latest equipment, the team includes 15/16 Chefs and handling a very International cuisine where everything is produced from fresh.
Essential Skills
C&G 706/1&2 or NVQ equivalent
Food Hygiene Cert
Mentoring/counselling/tutoring experience
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Customer service appreciation and awareness
Assertiveness
Planning and Time Management awareness
Decision Making skills
A flexible attitude to working long hours
Appropriate experience for this position
