Job Description
One of Lomdons most progressive Borough Councils urgently requires a Development Control Team Leader. You will play a key role managing a team of six consultants including two deputies responsible for managing a caseload consisting of minor to medium applications such as mixed use commercial / residential developments up to nine units. Additional duties will also include preparing committee reports in conjunction with training and mentoring more junior members of staff. Successful candidates will have acquired experience as a Development Control Team Leader or deputy in the UK.
