Job Description
A fast moving district council urgently requires a Development Control Officer to work on a mixed caseload. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of minor to large scale medium applications such as residential, change of use, mixed use and commercial schemes. Successful candidates will have acquired experience as a Development Control Officer in the UK or overseas.
