Job Description

Civil Engineers at all levels required for an expanding contractor based in west London for work that is predominantly within the City.

Degree qualified or educated to tertiary level in Civil Engineering or an associated discipline, with probably over 2 years of exposure to site conditions, working for specialist Groundworks or RC contractors or Main Contractors with a practical construction approach. You will need clear communication skills, both written and oral, to safely work on site.

Your Role, based on your skill set, will involve some or all of the following:
• Setting out for all Construction operations
• Working with Senior Management and Commercial colleagues
• Liaising closely with Foremen and trades
• Ordering and calling-off materials
• Drawing perusal and Raising RFI’s
• Daily, Weekly or Monthly Programming
• As-Builts
• Training and Mentoring sub-ordinates

The Scope of Works includes:
* Demolition and Site Clearance
* Structural Alterations
* Design, Fabrication and Erection of Temporary Steelwork
* Bulk Excavation
* Groundwork's
* Deep basement excavation
* Reinforced concrete - Basement and Sub-structure

Salary levels from £40 to £50,000 are available based on experience, with suitable company benefits associated with a reputable employer.
