Job Title: Endoscopy Sister/Charge Nurse
Endoscopy Unit
Salary: Grade G/H
We require an experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to manage the Endoscopy Unit at this busy friendly, progressive independent hospital.
The role:
The post holder will play a key role in the management and development of the Endoscopy Unit and have a positive and interested outlook personally and professionally, with skills in the coordination of services, the management of nurses and their delivery of care.
You will be:
RGN level 1
Proven relevant experience as Junior Sister/Charge Nurse is essential as well as an awareness and involvement in the audit process. The ideal candidate will be committed to giving direction, guidance, motivation and be a resource to others
