Job Description
We are a well known retail chain of Restaurant/Cafes traditionally based at airports and shopping centers, but we are currently undergoing an exciting revamp and expanding our market into the high street. Each individual unit employs up to 30 people.
The units are of modern design and offer high quality service and cuisine. The company employs 700/800 people and achieved the Investors in People accreditation.
Currently we are looking for a Sous Chef (Kitchen Administrator) to work in our Production kitchen in Central London and will be directly responsible to the Executive Head Chef.
We will offer Monday to Friday working hours (except every 2nd Saturday morning), 22 days paid holidays, support, training and a company that really cares!!
The ideal Sous Chef should:
Be a Team Leader
Have NVQ/City & Guilds in Food Preparation & Cooking
Have and Intermediate Food & Hygiene Certificate
Knowledge of Excel & Word
Conditions:
Straight shifts (5 days out of seven)
