Job Description

Due to the acquisition of a substantial new project, this respected, city based consultancy has a vacancy for a contract structural engineer. This multinational company is widely recognised as a leader in the structures field, with projects currently underway in all a number of countries.

This position will be focused on design and analysis of new mixed use buildings, although some refurbishment work may be carried out also.

The following is required for this position:
-Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering field
-Design experience in common materials (reinforced concrete, steel, masonry)
-Analysis experience and proficiency with analysis software
-The ability to see the "bigger picture" of the project and work toward the team's common goal
-The ability to produce creative, effective, and workable solutions to engineering challenges
