Job Description
An medium sized, well established office fit out contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be based from their Croydon office on a temp-to-perm basis. Project include health, education and commercial office sectors in refurb projects and as a sub contractor in larger projects.
The company is built on a strong team environment and as a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have junior/assistant Quantity Surveyors working with you. Project values range from £250k - £6m.
This client is offering a very lucrative contract rate with the opportunity to become permanent and build a long term Quantity Surveying career within a growing company.
This is an immediate start but for the right candidate they may be willing to wait.
