Site Manager / Construction Manager

An innovative and dynamic award winning construction specialist that are apparent in the commercial, industrial, retail, leisure and hotel sectors are taking schemes from inception to completion are currently recruiting a Site Manager / Construction Manager who will report to a Senior Project Manager on a £30million Business Park in East London.

Site Manager / Construction Manager Requirements

The successful Site Manager / Construction Manager will come from a solid main contractor background with a solid career history.

Duties will include:

Management and implementation of the following;
·Health, Safety and environmental
·Sub Contract packages
·Quality and delivery
·Client liaison and reporting
·Planning and design
·Company Image

Formal qualifications in Construction Management or related topic such as HNC, HND and Bsc are an advantage but not essential.

Accreditation's such as MCIOB or ICOB are an advantage but not essential.
