Job Description
We are a 2AA Rosettes Restaurant located in the heart of Central London, and part of a large & successful company with Restaurants in Australia, USA, France, Sweden and currently looking for an ambitious and reliable Senior Chef De Partie.
Our place is one of London's iconic restaurants. It was the first of London's modern Brasseries. Buzzing with noise and activity, it is a great place to meet with friends and to enjoy the deliciously inventive and unpretentious food.
The ideal candidate will have a Chef Qualification, and working as a Senior Chef de Partie or looking to move up the career ladder and currently employed as a Chef de Partie.
The candidate will also have good supervisory skills, reliable, and focused.
In return we will offer:
Salary of £23,000 per year
8 working shifts over 4 days and 3 days off per week
4 weeks paid holidays
