Job Description
Currently an excellent opportunity has arisen within our Hotel in Slough (Buckinghamshire – 30 minutes drive from London) for an experienced and reliable Sous / Senior Chef Pastry.
The ideal Sous Pastry will have:
- A Pastry Chef qualification
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie Pastry or Sous Chef Pastry in a high quality and high volume kitchen
- The ability to manage a team of 3 / 5 Pastry Chefs and to take his own decisions

We offer:
Annual Salary of £26,000
Straight shifts and a working week of 45 hours
