Job Description
A Local Authority in East London require a Pay Reward Project Manager.
As the Pay Reward Project Manager you will need to have the following experience:
*Handling a complex project, including identifying and utilising resources (financial and staffing) and maintaining a cohesive project team.
*Experience of handling a complex project, including identifying and utilising resources (financial and staffing).
*Comprehensive experience of using job evaluation techniques.
*Desirable to have a detailed working knowledge of one or more of the GLPC, NJC or HAY J.E. Schemes.
*A sound working knowledge of the Single Status Agreement (or other comparable agreement within the public or private sector).
*Experience of developing a pay and reward strategy that enables an organisation to attract, recruit and retain suitably skilled employees in a competitive environment.
*Highly developed written and oral communication skills including experience of drafting reports , taking into account political and organisational sensitivities.
The below experience and skills are desirable
*Conducting Equal Pay Audit and Equality Impact Assessment.
*Experience of pay modelling.
*Knowledge of working with generic and ‘family' job descriptions
