Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced, talented, reliable Junior Sous Chef for our popular 3AA restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar establishment as a Junior Sous Chef or a very strong Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie looking for their next step up.
You will be working in a big open plan kitchen, which has recently been refurbished with the latest equipment, the team includes 14/16 Chefs and handling an International menu with continental influence where everything is produced from fresh.
Essential Skills:
Chef qualification or 706/1&2 or NVQ equivalent
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Planning and Time Management awareness
Decision Making skills
