We are currently looking for an experienced, talented, reliable Senior Sous Chef for our fine dining restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar establishment as a Sous / Senior Sous Chef and have the following essential skills:
Chef qualification or 706/1&2 in food preparation or NVQ equivalent
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Customer service appreciation and awareness
Assertiveness - Planning and Time Management awareness
Decision Making skills - A flexible attitude to working long hours
