Job Description
Our Wine Bar is also an ideal venue for private functions and corporate events for up to 40 people
Currently we are looking for an experienced Head Chef, which will:
Manage a kitchen team of 20/25 Chefs
Produce 3AA rosettes standard level dishes from French influenced menu
The Head Chef will be committed, have an excellent personality and communication skills
Experience in French Fine dining cuisine and able to handle 120/150 covers during the week and up to 200/250 covers at the weekend
In return we offer
Salary is £35,000 per year, plus other benefits to be discussed at the interview stage
