Job Description

To £35,000 per annum

Take a step up into the world of expensive taste and grand abodes! A specialist in the domain of one off, high spec properties is now looking to take on an experienced Assistant, someone who is keen to fine tune their knowledge in this sector and to start running their own projects.

The practice is open plan with good space, allowing for the creativity and organisation required to run detailed projects. Within a team of 10, you will have vast resources of knowledge and experience in which to become an expert yourself.

Initially you will work with the Project Architect on a £25 million private home, and with the support and guidance of a close knit, experienced team you will be further allocated to run a selection of projects in various stages of design and construction. Typical projects range from £1.5 million to £5 million houses.

The Principle wants to encourage his staff to take on responsibility and grow with the company, eventually paving the way to associate status. He firmly believes that this really is the job for anyone wishing to see their concepts built, without cutting corners.

The right candidate will have the energy and ambition to take on full responsibility in a hard working sector of architecture, you don’t have to know everything, just be keen to learn. You will also have high-end residential experience but not necessarily in the UK and ideally you will have proficiency in Microstation.
