Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a freelance Development Control Officer to manage a caseload of Major Development Applications at one of Londons most diverse borough councils. This will include large scale mixed use commercial / residential schemes with affordable housing contributions in conjunction with preparing committee reports and liaising with developers / architects. Successful candidates will have acquired practical experience processing major applications at a UK local authority or private practise.
