Contracts Manager - Decent Homes/Social Housing - Essex
Must have a strong background within Social Housing. A Perm job to start ASAP - Refurbishment/ new build. Must have CITB, CSCS and 1st aid Knowledge of PPC2000/ Framework Arrangements Project worth 4-9 million a yr, on just 1 scheme. Must have stability - Job based in RM3 and will be expected to drive to and from different sites !
