Highways CAD technician, London

We're working with an independent consultancy operating worldwide across the transport sector, with an enviable reputation as effective advisors to government, operators, financiers, regulators and developers. It's a friendly team with very low staff turnover. They're looking to appoint a Highways CAD technician for their busy London office.

The Highways CAD technician will work in a team providing design advice and solutions to both private and public sector clients.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- An enthusiastic, hard-working attitude;
- Established skills in highway design and AutoCAD;
- Experience in the design of priority junctions, roundabouts etc.
- Knowledge of DMRB, Manual for Streets and the Traffic Signs Manual;
- Knowledge of Section 38, 278 and 106 Agreements
- UK experience
- A relevant HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably some traffic modelling experience (i.e.AutoCAD, AutoTrack, PDS, ARCADY, LINSIG etc.).
