Too often buildings are designed as responses to technological developments and yet fail to deliver the needs of their users. We design with imagination, in close collaboration with architects, clients and fellow specialists from across my client to provide energy efficient, functional and maintainable buildings that delight both owners and end users.

You will be working on a number of interesting and challenging projects. Your strong interest in renewable energy and the use of sustainable engineering design techniques will enable you to make a real impact in this pivotal role.

You will ensure technical quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. You will interact and liaise with other members within building services across our offices both within the UK and overseas, and share knowledge and expertise with less experienced members of staff.

You will be mentoring staff, leading design teams and working on a variety of projects which currently include:

- Liverpool John Moores University new sports science building and provision of specialist teaching accommodation on Mount Pleasant campus
- A flagship sustainable building for the Royal Horticultural Society
- BSF and Academy schools in the North of England
- A number of residential apartment projects in Gibraltar

-A Chartered (or working towards) engineer from CIBSE, IET or equivalent.
- Previous experience in leading and managing people and projects
- Excellent client management skills
- Excellent communication skills
