A Local Authority based in North London are looking to recruit a Change Manager reporting to the IT Project Manager.

As the Change Manager you will assist with the impact assessment from implementation to completion. This role will involve liaison with internal and external stakeholders. You will assist with the production and implementation of training materials. As the Change Manager you will have excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising with all levels of staff, delivering training and communication.

Your background should be from a multi – functional organisation, with risk management experience. As the Change Manager your experience should be within delivering technology – driven projects.

The ideal candidate will have the confidence to deal with situations where you may not have the appropriate answers at hand and have the ability to gather information from an internal and external sources

Desirables
Prince 2
Geographical and web based systems
Working Knowledge of MapInfo, GGP ESRI systems
Good Understanding of Oracle
Quality Assurance techniques
