Our client requires a sub-agent for a prestigious civils and road project in the South East. The project is on behalf of the Highways Agency and would be working for the main contractor. The scopes of works include 7km's carriageway, two tunnels, 3 underpasses and a junction construction.
This project is being built by one of the biggest civil engineering contractors in the UK.
The position is with the roadwork's team and the successful applicant will be overseeing 4 site engineers and two section engineers. You must be proficient in paperwork, managing subbies, QA, liaising with the designers and staff.
The ideal candidate will have:
•Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
•Experience in roads, groundwork's or structures essential
•Currently hold a Senior Engineer or Sub Agent position on a multi-million pound project
Able to run a successful team of site engineers for large sections of work
