A local authority based in East London are looking to recruit a Service Development Officer for their Housing Team.

As a Service Development Officer you will be supporting the development and delivery of appropriate projects, preparing and providing appropriate reports, Developing and undertaking surveys and analysing results, carrying out research and analysing information and data, collating and developing material for procedures, delivering progress reports on a regular basis for assigned projects and communicating with internal and external customers in developing and delivering appropriate projects.

To be successful for this role as Service Development Officer you will need to have a good level of IT skills in a range of IT packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access, good report writing skills, good communication skills ability to work with internal and external customers, ability to prepare survey questions, ability to analyse data. Local authority experience would be necessary.
