Job Description
Due to the summer season and an increase in business, we are currently looking for an experienced, hardworking and focused Chef de Partie and / or Senior Chef de Partie.
The ideal Chef de Partie is someone well used to work in busy and up market kitchens, with a solid background in fine dining restaurants, and wanting to progress and learn from a team of professional Chefs.
This is a truly fantastic opportunity for an ambitious persons looking to make their mark within the industry working on rota of split shifts of 4 days on and 3 days off.
