Job Description
Our client an international, multi-disciplinary, design lead practice are currently looking for an Associate level Landscape Architect due to continued growth.
Duties:
• A clear understanding of design and planning aspects of tasks and assignments, including problem analysis, concept, formulation, form development, integration with associated disciplines and design review.
• To provide technical support relating to construction systems, materials detailing, cost estimating, testing, etc.
• To provide production support relating to the preparation of construction documents, knowledge of computer application, and knowledge of repro-graphics techniques.
• To provide construction phase services including project observation, processing shop drawings, and management of construction contracts.
• To develop and implement innovative techniques that enhances the productivity of the firm.
You will be presented with the challenge of leading a design team through successful project initiatives and developnig international networks.
