Our Wine Bar is also an ideal venue for private functions and corporate events for up to 40 people
Our busy restaurant is currently looking for an experienced Head Chef, which will:
• Manage a kitchen team of 20/25 Chefs
• Produce 3AA rosettes standard level dishes from French influenced menu
The ideal Head Chef will:
• Be committed, have an excellent personality and communication skills
• Experience in French Fine dining cuisine and able to handle 120/150 covers during the week and up to 200/250 covers at the weekend
In return we offer the Head Chef:
• Salary is £35,000 per year, plus other benefits to be discussed at the interview stage
• Opportunity to work with a large and well known catering company that operates Michelin star Restaurants and up market fine dining Brasseries
• Excellent opportunities for promotion and opening of new Brasseries / Restaurants
• Sponsorship for a further Management course
