Job Description
Due to low staff turnover, this position does not arise often, but seeing that business is increasing, we are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team.
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will be qualified and will have experience as a strong Senior Chef de Partie in a Rosette restaurant busy environment, can run a shift (in charge of kitchen) and ready to take on a new challenge.
