Job Description
This Inn is a family country hotel located between the village of West Lulworth and the Cove, directly on the Dorset Coastal Path. The hotel has 15 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bars and a restaurant that offers many exciting dishes, including superb seafood fresh from the Cove, designed by our award-winning chef. Weather permitting, our beer garden is very popular for good summer BBQ’s.
This is an interesting and challenging opportunity for an ASSISTANT MANAGER who would ideally be in possession of a personal licence, has cellar management experience, good customer service skills and copes well under pressure. Applicants should be energetic, innovative, have an appetite for responsibility and the ability to lead and motivate a highly efficient and happy team.
