Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen with one of London's most prestigious Borough Councils for a Planning Policy Team Leader. You will play a pivotal role managing a team of 8 planners assigned to the implementation of the Local Development Frameworks in relation to Core Strategy. Primary responsiblities will include delegating programmes, managing budgets, planning obligations / infrastructure, regeneration strategies, housing policy and production of development plan documents. Successful candidates will have acquired extensive practical experience as a Policy Planner in the UK in conjunction with managing small teams.
