Job Description
Administrator in Plant Hire for a Construction Company. This is a new position for a successful company that has achieved considerable growth over the last 10 years and is employing additional staff.
The Role will entail running all the administration for the Company’s in-house plant hire. Essentially the Company has a plant yard that provides small and large plant to the various sites that the Company is currently working on. Additionally it may be necessary to arrange for plant to be hired from a selection of approved outside plant hire companies.
The Company works in the Groundworks and Reinforced concrete market and has seen considerable growth in its market share over the last decade. The future appears to be sound as the Company has a good financial footing and is well respected by its clients from whom the bulk of the work is repeat business.
Your Background will show that you are responsible and have a good grasp of data input, the Company uses a package called Easybuild, clear communication skills will be essential as you will need to be able to make and receive telephone calls. You will, ideally, already have worked in a similar role and be aware of the requirements of the position.
Salary. This is a permanent position and an initial salary of £16 – 18,000 is offered with the usual PAYE company benefits. If you have a wealth of relevant experience there may be scope to review the salary offered.
