A popular Bed & Breakfast and camping site that offers 5 tastefully decorated guest rooms, a charming pub, with weekly live entertainment and a restaurant that serves a good standard of reasonably priced meals and snacks.
The area surrounding the site is exceptionally beautiful, just two miles away is the famous book town of Hay on Wye, and offers stunning views of the local countryside in the form of the river Wye and the lush wooded hillsides of the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains.

We pride ourselves on a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and are currently looking for a good Pub Cook to join our happy team.
The applicant should be confident in providing home cooked, some from fresh, traditionally English food, as well as pies, curries and vegetarian dishes, with a clear understanding of all cooking practices (Roast, Steam, Fry, Grill etc) and a little imagination and contribution of good ideas for daily specials would not go amiss. You must be a versatile and flexible team player, willing to work long hours and enjoy working in a relaxed and informal atmosphere where anything goes!

We offer an excellent hourly rate of pay, free caravan site accommodation, meals on duty, a five day working week and the opportunity to make use of the canoe hire, BBQ and other campsite facilities
