Job Description
We require an experienced second chef to work alongside the head chef and proprietor. Responsible for both Larder and Pastry sections. The applicant must have experience with working with fresh and local ingredients. Working with the head chef to ensure the menu stays seasonal. Working hours are 5 days Tuesday to Saturday split shifts. Closed the majority of Sundays and Mondays. We are situated in the city of Ripon the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales with beautiful surrounding countryside.
