My client is a large niche residential property management with 14 branches across the UK.
They currently seek an experienced residential block manager managing 10 blocks, 454 units long leasehold and 79 units for an investment landlord.
The successful candidate will need to illustrate high levels of professionalism, an ability to set service charge budgets.
