Job Description
Development Control Planner required to join the Development Control team at a South West London Borough, based on an initial 3 month, to be reviewed to an ongoing contract. The role will entail dealing with a caseload of planning applications and appeals covering a range of development types, include, but not limited to backlog case work, house holder applications, appeals, duty planning inquiries.
Successful candidates should have completed a relevant Planning Degree. The Authority is look for candidates at a rates between £17-£21 per hour
Due to its setting and reputation is a highly sought after work location, within 25 minutes travel from Central London by public transport, this position wont be available for long!
