Job Description
Currently we are looking for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie. We are a 3AA Restaurant part of a large & successful company with outlets in Australia, USA, France, Sweden and London.
We offer a fantastic environment to work in, a kitchen with air conditioning and fully fitted with the latest equipment.
We are closed during Bank Holidays, you will get most of the Weekends off and most of all we have 5 straight shifts and 2 days off per week.
You will work only 44 hours per week and overtime is paid!!!!!
The ideal Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie candidate will have a:
- Chef education such as NVQ level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 – 706/02 in Food Preparation & Cooking.
- Experience in fine dining restaurant or 4*/5* star Hotel
We Offer the Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie:
Salary is £19,000 per year (depending on experience) for only 44 hours per week any overtime & extra hour worked is paid!!!
