Our place is one of London's iconic restaurants. It was the first of London's modern Brasseries. Buzzing with noise and activity, it is a great place to meet with friends and to enjoy the deliciously inventive and unpretentious food.
The ideal candidate will have a Pastry Chef Qualification, and working as a Senior Chef de Partie Pastry or looking to move up the career ladder and currently employed as a Sous/Head Pastry Chef.

The candidate will also have good supervisory skills, reliable, and focused. Will manage a team of 3 Pastry chefs and work in a spacious and well equipped kitchen

8 working shifts over 4 days and 3 days off per week
