Job Description
Currently we have an excellent opportunity that has arisen within our kitchen for an experienced and reliable Sous/Senior Sous Pastry Chef.
The ideal Sous/Senior Sous Pastry Chef will have:
Pastry Chef qualification
Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie Pastry or Sous Chef Pastry in a high quality and high volume kitchen
The ability to manage a team of 3 / 6 Pastry Chefs and to take his own decisions

We offer the Sous/Senior Sous Pastry Chef:
Annual Salary of £26,000
Great working week of 45-50 hours all straight shifts
Overtime paid!!!
